User verification

The first time that you log in to Corpay Cross-Border, you will be directed to the User Identification page.

1. Enter the required personal details, including address and date of birth. In the Home Address fields, enter your residential address, business addresses are not accepted.
   Important: Please ensure that your information is accurate or your verification may be delayed or rejected.
2. Click Save & Continue.
   This information is used by our Compliance department to verify your identity. Approval may take up to one business day. After approval, you will see a confirmation message the next time you log in, and you can begin booking trades and payments.

Skipping the verification process

If you skip the verification process, you can still log in; however, you will not be able to finish trades and book payments. The next time you log in, you will be prompted again to submit the required information.
